Not much … I trade … maybe I add something if I am really bored … German market hours are long … 8.00 am til 22.00 pm … Stupid … but true …
AFTER MARKET
- analyze my trading … my errors and shortfalls … hopefully some positive outcomes as well
- putting numbers to the results … just the number of points gained or lost
- all in all FOR ME!!! … a daily view in the mirror … as difficult as it can be sometimes …
