Still selling … no buyers …
Emerging market domino goes on … Hungary was hardest hit today.
The real problem is … IMHO … so far a lot of words, but not much action implemented by Governments and Fed.
And as everybody knows, that tougher regulation will govern the markets …

- We had a RECORD VIX reading AND(!) today a higher reading, not confirmed by lower prices.
- The VIX made a reversal today … after hitting 81(!!!) we closed at 67.
- Breadth readings are at all time low.
- Today, EVERYBODY I talked to was bearish.
