Be aware of CHINESE selling of BONDS …
Today morning we got it officially, that the Chinese won’t finance the US mess forever …
China’s national pension fund said Wednesday it plans to adjust its investment portfolio this year by lowering its investment in bonds and increasing its direct equity investments as part of efforts to cope with the global and domestic economic downturns.
The pension fund also said it will invest more in equity funds and
participate in investing in the country’s major infrastructure projects.
As it is the NATIONAL pension fund … others will follow …
his bubble will burst soon …
Forget the BS, that the FED will or even COULD buy …
RIDICULOUS!!!
If they do one day … they just will nail their coffin ![]()

For me it would be helpful to see your sources (Links),

a little off topic : but i just noticed that the DAX has gone below what your guest poster had said was going to be the bottom HERE. What does it mean ? Any ideas ?

… < 2.500 = big picture bottom …
as we say … “everysing sinks”
but much more interesting is what will happen to the (major) currencies …
be aware of MAJOR shocks around them …
I think Germany and France have the power to solve any crisis of the EURO … even if the Mediterranian Belt fails … but look at the GBP … look at the state of the rotten infrastructure of this one nice country …
the USD … I`m waiting for a substantial move towards 1:1 for a EURO …

My fantasy is limited to 2.800 … but who knows
1:1 ??? I’d play rather the Euro= 2 Dollars card … 1:1? AUTSCH!

… think DAX has a chance to stop their free fall at around ~ 3.500 … in THIS round …
they should come up to around ~ 4.350 again …
but NEXT round … watch out … some months to go … we look < 2.800 … at least … 2.800 … but this is around 1.800 calculated in share prices of 2002 … the difference between 1.800 and 2.800 is just the dividends since 2002 …
… IF MANKIND DOES NOT STOP CLIMATE CHANGE … CO2 production in 2008 is down -8% and will be - 12% this year … …. …. THIS IS GOOD NEWS …
